CV-BOOTS IN BULK AND KITS

The main function of a CV joint boot, also known as a CV boot, is to protect the vehicle’s CV joint from damage caused by road debris, such as sand, stones, salt, and water.

In addition, the grease contained in the CV boot is essential for proper lubrication of the CV joint.

Our CV boot kits are available in plastic bag or carton box packaging and include:

• wheel-side or transmission-side CV boot(s) made of rubber or thermoplastic material
• metal or plastic clamps
• grease
• additional fitting accessories, if required

In response to frequent customer requests for genuine kits, Gomet has developed a product line of CV boot kits that exactly match the spare part kits offered by OE manufacturers.

These genuine CV boot kits are assembled in the same way as OE kits and include the same fitting accessories.

As a rule, each genuine CV boot kit includes the following features:

• rubber or thermoplastic CV boot(s)
• metal clamps
• grease, supplied in a tube or foil packet
• accessories such as bolts, nuts, clamps, rings, circlips, and other components
• carton box packaging and label with OE reference
