OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
At Huntsman Gomet, we are committed to reducing emissions and waste in every process, with the goal of minimizing our environmental impact.
In 2025, we further enhanced our photovoltaic infrastructure installed on the roofs of our main facilities, bringing the total number of panels to 2,141. This expanded system generated 156,395 kWh of electricity, supporting our energy needs through increased self-production from renewable sources.
This implementation marks another significant step in our sustainability strategy, underscoring our ongoing commitment to operational efficiency, environmental responsibility, and the creation of long-term value through responsible energy management.
Huntsman GOMET is certified to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018 standards.
The energy generated by the photovoltaic plant has significantly reduced CO₂ emissions, helping to minimize Gomet’s overall carbon footprint.
How is this energy used? The photovoltaic system produces enough power to support the manufacturing of more than 870,000 CV joint boots.
